The state syllabus of Kannada Medium Second Language – English chapters are provided for class 8, class 9 and class 10. There are total 8 Units included in all the respective classes mentioned above. Each unit consist of a prose and a poem. The videos are made to help the students for their study and preparation on the go. At anytime, anywhere and for anyone – the videos are free to access and are free of cost.
These videos include introduction to the units, the ideas of the units, summaries of the lessons and poems. And also the important topics and the concepts for the exam point of view. These videos also include the grammar section that deals with the vocabulary, language works, glossaries and other grammar parts.

DD CHANDANA SETU BANDHA videos are the initiative by Government of Karnataka to help the students regarding the online classes during this condition of COVID-19. The channel telecasts the daily lessons for class 8, class 9 and class 10 students. The lessons telecasted daily two sessions from 9.30 in morning and also from 3.00 in the afternoon.
The expertise teachers from the Karnataka state from different subjects takes the classes daily to help mainly the students of government schools and also others.
